First of all you've gotta be a registered member. Guests and visitors will only have browsing access. but nothing more. To download a file head to the downloads section which is located at the top menu [ top right of the web page ] then simply click the download button located next to the details button.

To upload a file to share with others head to the downloads section which is located at the top menu [ top right of the web page ]. Then submit clck submit a document and follow the wizard's instructions.
